Published cue sheet · revision history at right. Every row keeps its identity, so a cue that moves is reported as moved—not as one deletion and one insertion.
01 · Revisions
Publish v4. Know exactly what changed since v3.
Publishing is a deliberate act. It freezes the sheet content as a numbered version with your note attached and opens a fresh draft from that content. A published version’s sheet content is never edited again, so the copy someone printed on Tuesday still says what it said on Tuesday.
The history list carries a one-line summary per version. Open any two and read the diff row by row: added, removed, moved, or changed, with each altered field identified. If the director changes course again, restore any earlier version to the draft.
- Compare any two versions, not only the last two.
- Publish notes travel with the version, so “retimed after dry tech” is still there in six weeks.
- The PDF can carry a Changes since v3 block, so the copy pinned to the callboard explains itself.

A PDF that is already laid out for the callboard.
Export and it is done. Table headers repeat on every page. Nothing spills off the right edge. Page breaks land between cues, not through them. You never open page setup.
The footer carries the production, document, version label, Page X of Y, and generation time, so nobody in the building is working from a mystery printout. Hairline rules and light fill only, which means it still reads after a photocopier and a grayscale laser.

Paste from Excel. It lands in the right columns.
The editor is a grid, not a form. Tab across, Enter down, or press Escape to restore the cell you started with. Insert a row, duplicate one, or drop in a section break for an act or scene from the row menu. It autosaves while you work and tells you when it has saved.
Paste a block of tab-separated cells and it fills across and down, creating rows as it goes. Quoted fields and ragged rows are handled. The cue sheet you already have can come in on the first day, in one paste, in the order you built it.

Questions
Four answers before you start.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. At the end of your paid period, the account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, open every production, read every published version, and download its PDF. You cannot edit or publish until you subscribe again, and when you do, the entire history is where you left it.
- Can my crew see it without an account?
- Yes. Every document can publish a read-only share link. Send it to the company and they can see the latest published revision, or one version’s frozen sheet content when you pin it, with a PDF download. The document title and production branding follow your current workspace settings. No sign-in, no seat, no license. Revoke the link and it stops working immediately.
- Does it work on A4?
- Yes. Letter and A4 are both first-class export sizes, with an orientation override and compact density for long cue sheets. Margins, column widths, and the repeating header are recalculated for the paper you choose, so an A4 print is not a shrunken Letter page.
- Is it multi-user?
- Not for editing yet, and we would rather be direct about it. One account owns the organization and edits its documents. Everyone else can read through share links. The subscription is priced per organization, not per reader.
